Dear Students,

Welcome to Rashtriya Kisan Post Graduate College, We all know the role of these young students in the crucial period of development our nation. To empower a student is to increase his control over the decisions that affect their lives both within and outside the society. Therefore, we are imparting higher education to boys and girls of rural and urban area of Shamli, which is a very substantial, potent and conscientious task. For multidimensional development, we believe in providing our students an environment, rich in knowledge and supportive for their extracurricular interests. We aim to evaluate our students on the basis of their physical, mental, social, emotional and intellectual development.

It is wonderful to look back at the last few years, at R. K. (P.G.) College Shamli, when there is so much to feel proud of and so much to celebrate. Last few years have been extremely successful and satisfying in terms of accomplishments and accolades in scholastic, co-scholastic and infrastructural development areas. In the academic, our students are doing well and make their place in the university merit list every year in various subjects. The academic achievements of our students have always added glory to the college by securing high University Ranks. The college has a tradition of excelling in sports and extracurricular activities, in which our students continue to bring us laurels at the university, inter-university and national levels year after year. The success of R. K. (P.G.) College Shamli in all spheres is the combined product of all our little efforts.

It is my pleasure to acknowledge the contribution of highly qualified, dynamic and multi-talented faculty, non teaching staff and my students for the colleges. We have to continue to move ahead for producing and maintaining the best. Our teachers work hard throughout the year with the students to provide them high quality educational experience in the form of debates, group discussions, workshops, symposia, seminars and cultural competitions. I strongly believe in the statement of Pablo Picasso that “Action is the foundational key to all success.”
